For all orders, Bullion Store offers an Australia-wide delivery service along with an optional insurance cover for an added peace of mind and secured shopping experience. Bullion Store charges a flat $15 shipping fee for all deliveries made within Australia. If you would like to insure your products, please choose it at checkout page.
All orders are shipped in full once every product on the order is in stock. If your order contains an item that is delayed, the order will ship once all products on the order are in stock.
All our parcels are packaged following the best packaging standards so as to ensure the delivery the metals are delivered to you in the original form as they were ordered and there is no breakage or damage when shipped to you.
All orders will be shipped by either Australia Post or in some cases by one of Australia's best-known courier services.
Signature on Delivery will required as proof of delivery, unless the recipient opts for No Sign on delivery.
You will be provided with the tracking number so your orders can be tracked from the time they are shipped until you receive them. The tracking details will be emailed to the nominated email address, once the order is shipped from the Bullion store. The customer and delivery support team kepp tracking your orders and once notified by the Australia post or the relevant courier agency, another email confirming the delivery will be sent out to you and that is when the parcel is deemed to be delivered.
It is the responsibility of the customer to bring any issues or discrepancies to the notice of Bullion Store customer service team withing 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation email.
If, upon arrival, you find any damage to the parcel or that it has been tampered with you MUST NOT accept the package and immediately notify Bullion Store. Bullion store does not hold any further responsibility/liability once the package has been signed for.
- The shipping fee can be charged again in the following circumstances
- If the delivery address provided to us was incorrect which resulted in the item not being delivered.
- If the customer wants to change the shipping address after the item has been shipped by us.
- If no one was available the delivery address and there hasn’t been any response to the collection card left by the courier agency or Australia Post(as the case maybe) within 2 working days.
- At this point we do not support international deliveries.
